Beautiful, beautiful plants and an extraordinary dedication to customer service. After a not-so-stellar experience I had involving a delayed order, I received a phone call from the owner who personally wished to apologize for the mishap and wanted to learn how he could make it right. By that time, even though the issue had long been over, he seemed genuinely disappointed that I didn't have a good experience and, without me asking, I received a generous collection of flowering orchids for my trouble. A surprising gesture from a company with a pretty solid fan base already. It seems unreasonable to insist or expect that every customer will be perfectly satisfied with your products AND your service, but Odom's Orchids seemed committed to ensuring just that. Living in a remote area, nearly all the 60 or so orchids I purchased for my current collection (that many more as gifts and rescues) were bought online. Odom's Orchids has become my go-to for such purchases. Their service is quick, courteous, and efficient. Every plant has arrived vigorous, healthy, and securely packaged. Several years later those plants (and divisions) continue to grow, bloom, and bring great satisfaction.

My boyfriend gifted me an orchid from this place for Valentine’s Day. I told him I wanted to grow my vanda collection so it was a lovely surprise. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing out my orchids but this orchid is beyond perfect. I feel like it was very loved where it was being grown. After trying to convince him this entire week to tell me the name of the place where he got it from, he finally told me. I guess he didn’t want me to go crazy since it’s so close by.
