True Roots Catering Co., Chef Mike and his assistant Missy went above and beyond my expectations. I hosted a Cocktail Party with a variety of hors d'oeuvres for 20 close friends and family from out of town to celebrate our 30th anniversary. From beginning to end I was blown away with "Everything" they did. Chef Mike and Missy are Friendly, Kind and Helpful people who know how to make your event special. The hors d'oeuvres were prepared with elegant and creative presentation. The mini desserts were the icing on the cake, prepared with the utmost expertise. My kitchen was clean when they arrived and cleaner when they left, one would never have known they were here except for the much wanted leftovers that were packed away and neatly placed in my refrigerator to my surprise later that night. My guests were complimenting them all weekend. Chef Mike, you did a phenomenal job and Missy is definitely an asset to your business. My husband and I will definitely use your catering services again when the opportunity arises. I highly recommend True Roots Catering Co. to anyone who is thinking of having a gathering of any kind, large or small, (even a dinner for two!!!) Thank you again for making my night...

As someone who tried to do a simple wedding, I had almost settled for ordering a bunch of food from a nearby restaurant and calling it a day. I'm eternally grateful that I did the exact opposite and reached out to these guys.

We used their catering services for our wedding reception and I couldn't be more satisfied. We wanted an Italian dinner and they had an extensive menu, with the Chef even making recommendations that the guests ended up loving. Speaking of which, it's been two weeks and people are still talking about their meatballs, asparagus, and dessert shooters. I don't know what was in the meatballs but they're pretty much the best I've ever had.

Otherwise, they were extremely responsive before the event and were willing to be flexible to make sure everything went perfectly. Natalie worked her tail off before and during the event, with the crew cleaning up after themselves to the point where you wouldn't even know they had cooked in the kitchen. They took care of everything and it was one less stressful thing I had to worry about.
