These guys used to be the go to place but they have went completely downhill both gummies have gnats in them at one point they did care about the quality now it's just the quantity and money that they care about. Oh well there's only thirty more in the same county.. update 9/16/2024 .. two years later you respond? Yeah I made them gummies and the gnats are just for looks you guys used to be top quality before people knew what quality was

Killian was amazing. He took the time to get me what I wanted and hes definitely my favorite out if everyone I've seen here and will definitely be back to see him. Thank you river valley for having such great customer service in bud tenders. And such dank stains!

Update... went back today at 4 pm on 03/23/2024 and Brian and Bre was so rude after they messed up and did l not discount my wife and had us drive home before realizing they did not know how to do their job and Bre said "can I just give her $10 out off my tip money." And this happens when they rightfully owed us $12 through a mishap. I love this place and Killian so I will be back but it will only be when he's there. Or good customer service as these two today spoke foul of me when I bring a majority of my check usually here but I e found out about State line only thanks to these two today so I will be back just not as often. Thank you bre and Brian for being so rude to search for other tenders while Killian isn't on the job. How you gunna be red faced and cry out loud " just give her 10 of my tip money.." lol that was so degrading and I can not believe I had my wife go through that. Never have I been this upset at customer servers.. took the time to ruin my fishing attitude to make this shisty review is not something I like but if it saves the next person from having to deal with Brian and Bre who clearly hate their jobs then I'm doing a public service and on top of all this I call to speak to a store manager and he hangs up on my face without giving me any names so I'm sure there are many reports left unchecked as we simply can't get a name from the employees to tell store owners that for 6 months we waited to learn about oklahoma being cheaper but the employees really need some work. There are so many dispensary type stores it's crazy and I've only learned this again thanks to bre and Brian's bad mouthing my wife. After she yells just give her my tip money when rightfully we were owed nearly $15. I have money because I care about all of it.. this ruined my whole day... not being able to report them and having to be thankful names are on transaction receipts is astonishing. BEING HUNG UP ON MAKES ME WANT TO FIND THIS GUYS MOM AND TELL HER SHE RAISED HIM WITH 0 MANNERS.. NEVER HAVE I FELT SO DISRESPECTED. BUT THE BUDS GOOD.. JUST MAKE SURE YOU VISIT ANYONE OTHER THEN THESE TWO BECAUSE THEY WANNA BE HOME NOT MAKING THE STORE OWNERS MONEY OR AT LEAST NOT FROM US AND I DONT KNOW WHY. FIRST MONTH WITH OUR TEMP OKLAHOMA CARD WE SPENT OVER $700 $800 ON TOP OF HAVING TO PAY TO SHOP THERE SO SMILE PLEASE. BE NICE... BUT TODAY I GOT HUNG UP ON AFTER ALMOST BEING STOLE FROM THROUGH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE BUT HOW THE YOUNG LADY MEANT TO DO IT AFTER HEARING WHY SHE DID IT BEING FLUSTERED...
