I ordered ahead and my wife picked up the order. It saved her a few minutes since she didn't have to wait while the order was assembled. She just drove to the drive-thru window and told them she was there for the order.

EDIT April 6, 2024 Placed another order a year later for my wife to pick up when she was in town. One item I requested turned out to be Out Of Stock, and they notified me by phone after I placed the order online. So I selected a similar item that was in stock and they updated my order. They were even nice enough to issue me an in-store credit, I don't know why, but perhaps to apologize for the missing item or maybe to compensate for the fact that the item I replaced it with was slightly more expensive. Either way, it was attentive service...

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Slade, and I can genuinely say his service was exceptional. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which is rare these days!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping, not just getting the job done.

Amazing customer service! Great selection. Great prices. They have ordered in specialty Gin for me several times. I also recently noticed that a half gallon of a certain liquor was cheaper that the 1 lt. I thought it was just a mistake, but after purchasing I commented on the price and they said they had received a deal from the distributor on them. They could have still charged regular price and pocketed the difference, but instead they passed that savings on to the customer!...
