I originally gave this place a 5 star review given their sales staff, but I’ve decided after the nightmare of delivery I had, I would adjust accordingly. The sales team was amazing, I had recently bought a house and I ordered a couch, a bed, and 2 recliners. Lloyd helped me out with everything and I was told to expect delivery and was given a date a week out. Not terrible. I took the day off work, checked in to verify the morning of said delivery and they confirmed they would be on their way soon. I checked in again halfway through the business day, again they confirmed. At 8 pm that night I was told they ran into some difficulty and would not be able to fulfill the delivery until the following day, I was a little agitated but understanding. I took the following day off work, followed the same communication measures as the day before, finally had my delivery at 8 pm. With only 1 recliner, no second recliner, no bed, no couch. The delivery drivers were clueless, which again, I understood, but at this point I was upset. I called the manager and explained the situation and asked that my furniture be delivered before the holiday weekend began, this was on a Wednesday. He assured me that on Thursday his team would be out to deliver the remaining. I called Thursday to verify, spoke with the same manager, he said that it was impossible to deliver everything before the weekend because they were busy, after telling me the day before that they would be out to deliver my furniture. I asked for my delivery fee back, as I felt like since delivery was unreliable I would have to take the measures to get the furniture myself, the manager denied that request as they delivered 1 recliner. Our initial experience with them was great. My husband and I went there to find a bed. We weren't pressured by sales people while we looked, but one was always on hand when we had a question. We found a sleigh bed we loved and had no trouble putting it on layaway. My husband picked it up and put it together at the end of October 2015. A couple months later, some of the support rods started to fall off. And then last night (it is July 2016), the side bar that connects to the headboard fell off completely, sheared right off. It seems to be made of compressed wood pulp instead of good wood. And the mattress we bought at the same time has a huge wrinkle (6 inches or so) in it that won't come out. My husband called and was told that the mattress will be warranteed if we email them pictures, but they don't warranty the bed because they usually have about 2 of that model fall apart each year. Each and every year. My husband insisted that something be done, and Larry said he'd see what he could do and call us back in a few hours. Over the phone the following day, he told us the bed didn't have a warranty and the most he could do was replace the rail. On a bed we don't trust anymore anyway. My husband called their corporate number, and we were told that they do offer a warranty on the bed, so I'm not sure who to believe at this point. And it will probably be a month or so before we hear anything about the mattress. So now we have to get a metal frame to reinforce the wooden one because we can no longer trust it. Their furniture looks nice and is inexpensively priced, but it also is not well made, and they will not help when the product fails unless you jump through a bunch of hoops and wait forever. We bought a sofa, love seat, coffee table and side tables from this store last Sunday and opted for same day delivery. On arrival we noticed that the (a) sofa had a hole in the middle seat, (b) instruction manual to assemble coffee and side tables was missing from the package, and (c) wood was chipped off from one of the table leg. We informed this to the store on Monday and they agreed to exchange the defective pieces and get them delivered to us on Monday itself. On Tuesday we called and were put on hold for 5 mins. after that we told them the issues and were again informed that it will be fixed in the evening. No one came that evening as well. We called again on Wednesday and same thing happened then we called in evening and asked them to provide us the instruction manual and the correct leg so we can atleast assemble the table. We visited the store and got 2 of the 3 issues fixed, since Sofa was heavy we could not carry it to the store, we again reminded them about it and heard the same reply that they will fix it the following evening. It has been more than 8 days and we are following the same routine of calling them, holding the call for minutes and then getting the same reply that it will be fixed in the evening. We have guests coming over the weekend and we are still waiting for the sofa to be fixed. I am disappointed with their 'after delivery' service especially when they deliver defective items.
