In my 20 years out here on this road this was ridiculous. Appt @ 8pm checked in @ 7pm they tell you wait for a phone call. Get back in truck hubby & I fall asleep I wake up at 11:30 go back to the guard shack & the guard says oh it's 50 trucks already in the door & we'll call you when one is available. I get a call at 1:06am for a door. We get into our door about 30 mins later we feel the trailer moving 11 pallets wake up at 4:30am text was sent at 3:31am for the lumper I pay it my husband says you an hour late paying go see if the papers ready. You have to be buzzed in I guess after a certain time I finally get in & the guy behind the windows says what you need my damn paperwork you idiot. Oh if it's not in the window it's not ready we'll call when it's ready. I go back to the truck & lie down then the phone rings at 5:45 paperwork ready. Missed my 4:30am appt & almost missed my 6:30 appt only good thing is that place was only a few miles away.

Read moreAm I just the lucky one or is it experience? Maybe both. đ€·đ»ââïž I had a 1800 appt, checked in at 17:45 was out at 2200. When you come in on Albertsons Drwy thereâs a spot for about 6-8 trucks. Park there and walk to the guard shack directly in front of you. The guards were respectable and kind. Said Iâd get a call when a door was ready. Ladies in the office were polite. I had a decent experience. I didnât see drivers bathrooms which sucks. I read the reviews before coming here and all I can think of, all them other reviews are from rookie drivers that think this stuff flies off the truck and probably got their load from a shady greedy lying broker. Which in turn makes things harder on them when they show up to deliver. Maybe they drive for a shady trucking company 98% are. Maybe they have a ugly dog or partner and just take everything out on everyone. But i know everyone there at Mclane North Texas was doing their job. Canât be mad at them for that. Stay humble...

Once youâre checked in, the security staff will inform you that youâll receive a call when a dock has been assigned.
When your dock is assigned, drive up to the guard shack, where youâll receive instructions on which dock to back into. Break your seal, back into the dock, and walk up the ramp to check in. Once youâre loaded or unloaded, be prepared to pay a Capstone loading fee.
Important Note for Drivers: This customer is notorious for causing drivers to lose hours on their clock. This place is a time killer, so if you have another load booked after this stop, be advised that you may miss out on it. Wait times can range from two hours to four hours or more, so plan accordingly when scheduling your...
