The station can be OK, just the annoying part is it sits under a over pass that requires some long stairs or a slow, hot elevator to get up. If you were being dropped off/picked up, going on the back side is kind of an option, but the owner at KPS global is so triggered by anyone driving in that direction who is not employed there lol. They literally fenced it all, but you can still go up to the side walk leading behind the ticket machine... Still less of a walk/hassle that way than the front. Not ideal if you're running behind, but as always anyone taking public transportation should plan ahead and give extra time for any delays. I've been riding over a year & only experienced 1 delay when I arrived right after a train left, so I did wait an hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ but if you've never used it, you wait in the same area whether you are going east (DFW) or west (Fort Worth)...Just look at the schedule and the front of the train to verify if you can't tell by the direction. I don't drive so I do wait for rides when I get off the train and very seldom does security approach to verify I'm not just lingering around as homeless people do sleep there every so often. Maybe 10 times I've seen it in the 15 months I've been regularly riding. Overall I do like the station minus the...
Read moreI’m thrilled to share some fantastic news regarding the ADA accessibility issues that have been a concern for many of us. After persistent feedback and communication, the situation has greatly improved!
The elevator on the train side has been repaired and is now fully operational. This means we can confidently cross the bridge without worrying about access barriers. With both elevators working, we can easily travel between the parking lot and the train platform, making our journey much smoother.
Moreover, I received confirmation that the curbside ADA access van service has been improved as well if they should experience any future challenges with the elevators; the staff is now better trained to assist passengers with mobility challenges, ensuring that we have the help we need whenever required.
These changes have made a significant difference, and we feel much more supported as a passenger with mobility needs. Thank you to everyone who advocated for these improvements—our voices have truly...

However today as I took off my shoes to put my inserts in my shoe and placed my feet into the empty chair across to from me, Zach came to me and said “take your feet down and put your shoes back on” I immediately followed his instructions while he gave it and he abruptly walked off. I was quite surprised about how he spoke. It came off, in my opinion, as very...
