Good evening, i have been a customer for a long time, but for about the last two years, been having major problems with this store. Number one with my payment plan being changed upon coming in and getting a new phone for a lost phone coming in and making payment on family members phone and payments being applied to someone else’s account which caused interruptions to there phone. extra phone line being added to my plan that wasn’t my phone. never got my money back for paying for that phone that wasn’t mine. Came in on November 5 because phone service was off for family member made a payment, payment Was applied to someone else’s account at this point right now for the second time within this month from 5 November to today, November 13, 2025 problem still not solved thinking about moving my service. i’ve had to go to another location for them to correct a problem from this particular store. representative in the store promised to fix things but a lot of times they only make it worse. they sayI come back tomorrow. Come back when you make your payment. Come back in two days and we’ll do this and come back in two days and we’ll do that tired of this. it’s like it’s a scam at the store just to get your money out of people. Abby and Junior have excellent customer service skills, they both realy go that Extra Mile. I went in to their store to switch from Boost mobile, didn't have my account, Abby called, waited patiently to get my account number so that I could start new service with Metro PCS. Junior assisted her, while I was waiting in my car, he came to me to gather any extra information they needed, plus both of them brought my new phone to me at my car and ordered me a new case absolutely Free, Plus I received a $250 dollar phone Absolutely Free for switching over to Metro PCs, I couldn't ask for any better service than what I received at this...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that works there sold me the cheapest phone they had without showing me any others when I went in for an upgrade because my phone stopped working. Instead of an upgrade she gave me a downgrade. I later went to complain about it and the guy that attended me was a lot more helpful but they still couldn’t do anything about it and I can get a discount until 6 more...
