Good evening, i have been a customer for a long time, but for about the last two years, been having major problems with this store. Number one with my payment plan being changed upon coming in and getting a new phone for a lost phone coming in and making payment on family members phone and payments being applied to someone else’s account which caused interruptions to there phone. extra phone line being added to my plan that wasn’t my phone. never got my money back for paying for that phone that wasn’t mine. Came in on November 5 because phone service was off for family member made a payment, payment Was applied to someone else’s account at this point right now for the second time within this month from 5 November to today, November 13, 2025 problem still not solved thinking about moving my service. i’ve had to go to another location for them to correct a problem from this particular store. representative in the store promised to fix things but a lot of times they only make it worse. they sayI come back tomorrow. Come back when you make your payment. Come back in two days and we’ll do this and come back in two days and we’ll do that tired of this. it’s like it’s a scam at the store just to get your money out of people.
