I had to pause to find how to put the positive feelings into words for this review! The experience working with Jorge and Gabriel was so seamless! Booking was very easy and they were accommodating of dietary restrictions and last minute updates with the head counts. In terms of the night of the live paella, the setup was seamless and a fun sight to see! Gabriel kindly set up cheese, salads, and tortilla española. I loved watching him make the paella! He keeps it really clean and not heavy. We’ve gone to Spain a few times and felt his paella was better than whatever we have tried in Spain. Gabriel was also so kind as to individually give guests second helpings and help with cleanup and making leftover packs for us to enjoy. We had some guests feel like they missed out as they couldn’t make it to our party, so we will absolutely book with this team again! We can’t say enough good things about PaellaDallas! Jorge was so great! He was very patient with all us amateurs and shared not only skills and an amazing recipe, he shared his culture! I have had the pleasure of savoring twice Paella4U's authentic dish. This last one was at a home gathering and the presentation was impressive!
