Fatty's Cycle — Local services in Fortville

This is my second season taking my 2001 Suzuki Katana to Fatty's and I can honestly say that as long as ride and whatever bike I may have Matt and Kevin hands down are a pleasure to work with ! These guys are genuinely good people ! They are very knowledgeable, they take care of your property as if it's there's, they make you feel welcomed . In my opinion the work is 100 % about quality not quantity.. As a former service manager in the auto industry , these guys get the work done in a timely fashion and never try to upsell you anything , they take care of your request period, and for that I'm truly thankful ! I never pressure these guy's I'm perfectly fine with giving them time if needed because one thing for sure they will get the job done.. If your are tired of other corporate shops treating you like a number and not caring about your time then give these guys a shot, I'm sure you would not be disappointed. Came in and dropped a couple wheels off for swaps on a Saturday afternoon and walked back out with my new mounted tires a couple hours later.

Owner is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. No upsells, no attitude, fair prices. No fuss, no muss, no coconuts. A lot of times the people who run these shops can seem a little salty or rude if you're not used to being around "shop guys" but that wasn't the case here even though I am in fact used to it and was prepared for it.

Would gladly bring more work their way if I didn't do most of my own service. Will recommend them to anyone I know especially if you have something older as a lot of shops flat out won't touch them. So pleased I might bring the bike in for oil changes just to give them the...

There isn’t ENOUGH words out there that can describe the professionalism that Matt and Kevin provide!!! I have been doing business with these guys roughly about 7or 8 years now give it take and they will tell you what needs to be done and not sell you things that you do not need etc. and they are up front and honest. So you can feel comfortable and confident that your bike is in good hands and you can put your trust in them! Honesty, fair pricing, and the professionalism they provide is second to none!
