I originally had called Drury’s because I heard they carry Smith Brothers furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that they said a designer would come to our house to understand our current decor and put together fabric/leather options for the pieces we were interested in. The service was free of charge and incredibly helpful! Kevin, the designer put together about 6 different color palette combinations that he thought would resonate with the room we were decorating and the rest of our house. He did an amazing job. The delivery gentleman were top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drury’s for their quality and awesome customer service!

Mindy and I went to Drury’s Furniture awhile back just to browse. Before we knew it we ordered a new sectional and queen bed. Drury’s customer service was top of the line and they answered every question we had. When the delivery guys came to the house they were very professional and polite. We will definitely be back for more furniture!

We were very frustrated trying to find quality, comfortable furniture in a more traditional in style for the living room for the new house we’re building. We’ve also been frustrated by the lack of samples to actually “test sit” at most stores. Based on a recommendation, my husband stopped in on his way home after a very disappointing day of scoping out more furniture stores. He said the store seemed great, lots of options, room settings and La-Z-Boy (his favorite recliners!). Hope was resurrected!! Went back together to check it out more thoroughly. Doing research beforehand, the website was a very pleasant surprise; crisp and clean and simple to move around and an online room planner! Overall, a great user experience! The flicker of hope was now a small flame! From the outside, the store looked enormous. A good sign for looking and “test sitting” but….would we even be noticed? We were quickly greeted by Tracey with a warm and friendly smile. I tackled the first question right away…delivery. We live outside the usual delivery radius, and, thanks to the above mentioned clear and crisp website, we were aware you considered these situations on a case-by-case basis. Tracey said given it would be a full living room set, it would likely be ok, but she'd confirm it. Well, that was easy! The flame was getting bigger, and we weren’t even out of the entry area of the store yet! We were armed with the floor plan, Houzz app, a sample of our flooring, countertop, and cabinet wood. Tracey was armed with solid knowledge of the inventory, the various pros and cons of the styles/brands, nifty floor planner pieces/graph paper, terrific ideas/suggestions, a marvelous sense of adventure combined with her talent and great sense of style. In about what felt like no time, we designed the room, chose the pieces, picked the fabrics and wood, had rough pricing AND chose the stools for the kitchen counter. Jeepers! Had to run for another appointment; Tracey reassured us it was fine to come back after and finish choosing the fabrics; she'd consider side tables etc. While driving, we discussed what a great experience it had been and decided we’d like to buy a dining table as well. I called to let her know we’d like to include that in the afternoon if possible. Tracey said it would be no problem, she’d have some recommendations. Our little flame of hope was now a nicely crackly campfire! I noticed the folder with the estimate was designed to be dropped cleanly into a file drawer and the label can be easily read. Now that is attention to detail! It’s a small thing but it told me they pay attention to even the small things. Confidence in our decision to work with Drury’s had been added to the flames of hope. Part 2 of our adventure was just as wonderful part 1! We returned to find her recommendations for the counter stool fabric choices, several ideas for side tables, and 2 great recommendations for table and chairs. She had confirmed delivery was feasible, with only a small surcharge and that they could hold the furniture for a short time if the house wasn’t quite ready. We finished the afternoon with finalizing the counter stools, the dining table AND creatively solved for what to do with the table bench I “had to have” when the table was sized for only 4 (we’re using it as a bench at the front door for guests to put on their shoes…). At Tracey’s very practical recommendation, we held off on side tables until we’ve moved in and have a chance to see if any of our existing side tables might work. I’m not sure how much more time Tracey must have spent pulling together all those recommendations for Part 2; they were thorough, absolutely aligned to the look and feel we want, and deeply appreciated. End result: An AMAZING overall customer experience and the flame of hope is now a bonfire of anticipation! My brother and his wife were right and you have 2 more customers for...

My husband and I have been Drury's customers for several years and have enjoyed both the good quality furniture that we've purchased over the years, and also the great customer service. And, we weren't disappointed this time when we recently went to Drury's looking for a replacement for our 24 year old mattress. We had a few requirements both for the bed, replacement mattress, and for a replacement storage headboard. We dealt with Michelle for the headboard. She's very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us in finding a storage headboard that meets our needs. She also gave us honest opinions about quality of the particular manufacturer and about various colors and cabinet door hardware (ie, door pulls) that we could choose for the headboard. We really appreciate the time she spent with us in answering our questions, her patience in dealing with us, her honesty, and in her willingness to share her insights and knowledge with us.

For the bed, we dealt with Andrea. We were looking for a bed that can be raised at both the head and the feet, and settled on an iComfort bed with a Serta mattress. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and gave us some good insights and honest opinions about the various mattresses that we looked at-- both of which we appreciate. The only gotcha we had is that we wish that she was a little more knowledgeable about some aspects of the technology involved with the iComfort bed/bed frame, itself. However, for some of our technology-related questions about the iComfort frame that she wasn't able to answer, she very willingly called an iComfort technical representative (while we were still at the store) who provided her with the information. We appreciate that Andrea went that extra mile to reach out to the technical guy to get us answers to those questions. And, we really appreciate the time that Andrea spent with us and her patience in dealing with as we tried to decide on a mattress that would work for us and an iComfort bed frame and the many questions we had about both the mattress and the frame.

We also appreciate the thoroughness and care that both Michelle and Andrea took in writing up the paperwork for our order and making sure not only that it was correct but also that we understood everything on the order.

We would definitely recommend Drury's as a place to shop if you're looking for good quality furniture and excellent customer service. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very interested in providing quality customer service.

Great place to buy high quality furniture at a fair price, but better yet their personal service is exceptional. They respond to emails promptly with answers to your questions, make you feel like family when you are in the store, help you select the right piece(s) with the right fabric that meets your needs and best yet--they pick up the piece you are replacing when they deliver, if needed. The salesperson took time to listen to what we needed and then showed us options, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each. We never felt rushed or pressured and selected a reclining couch with an amazing fabric that is perfect for our lifestyle. While it had to be special ordered, it was well worth the wait. The delivery guys were polite and obviously trained in service, not just drop and go. They took time to let us vacuum the carpet when they moved the old couch out, made sure we were pleased with the position of the new couch and tested the power controls to insure they were working properly.
