So unfortunately today I visited this horrible place. The, I guess person, behind the counter was extremely transphobic. Immediately referring to me as "buddy" and then refusing to accept my credit card as, like he put it, "if you are going to do, well this, then you should go all the way, you don't look anything like your picture" now he was correct, I don't. But, no matter how I dressed, I wouldn't seeing as I have lost over 100lbs, but my hair and shaved since. I suggested he would not look like his either, and be proudly pulled out his tiny wallet to show a license that was 20 years old and proclaimed "I look EXACTLY like this" rest assured the only similarity was that both picture and person had a mouth. I have been here before and watched as this place has gone downhill, and now it is just a eye sore...

Came here not knowing anything about what they have. When I walked in someone is behind counter sitting in a chair face in phone I stood in doorway few seconds looking around not one time did they acknowledge me at all I proceeded to walk and try to find what I was looking for they never spoke never stood up nothing so I turned around and walked out.
