We had the pleasure of working with Cindi from Awaken Travels on our recent Bora Bora adventure. Cindi was incredible. From start to finish her dedication to her job is obvious. She was very helpful in the planning of our trip from the flights, transfers, to the exact bungalow we wanted to stay in. She really took care of everything for us. She was also very patient with us as we toyed with the idea of certain excursions. We took our family of four to Bora Bora for a week and couldn't always agree on which excursions to do. Cindi was patient, kind, and very helpful knowing everything there was to do in Bora Bora and what may and may not work for us. Cindi was also instrumental in booking our wonderful spa day and also assuring that our kids would be able to enjoy the spa as well. We really didn't have to worry about a thing knowing Cindi had taken care of everything for us. She is also incredibly prompt with her correspondence. No question went unanswered and being new to traveling out of the country myself no question was ever unimportant. Even when we were in Bora Bora and Cindi was on her own European vacation at the same time she made it very clear she was always only a phone call away. Having never been overseas, my husband and I turned to Awaken Travels for help planning our honeymoon to Italy. Vijal and Teresa worked together to make sure we had a great itinerary and always was willing to answer any questions we had. Everything from our transfers, to our hotel stay to our tours went seamlessly. Teresa answered any questions via text despite the time difference and being across the world. Teresa even answered a question I had on Christmas night when my husbands name was incorrect on his boarding pass! Then her and Vijal had a one on one call with me the day before we left to go over any and all questions we had. We missed our connecting flight due to delays and Teresa called the transfer company on behalf of us to make sure we would still have a ride at midnight.
