I was looking to buy a knife in a lower shelf and a staff member felt it was approriate to approach me about how my shirt was hanging low. When my boyfriend, who was standing right next to me, told him he shouldnt be looking at my chest, he decided to argue. We were there with my boyfriends grandparents, his grandfather being a veteran who the man also tried to argue with when grandpa told me it was okay and that we'd find a better knife somewhere else to make me feel better, since i was obviously uncomfortable. We have been coming & buying stuff here for YEARS, but today was the first time bowlins disappointed us. The item we were gonna buy had 2 prices on it, & the young lady was gonna honor the lower price since it was THEIR mistake, but when they called corporate, ALFRED said “no”, we had to be charged the higher price even though the mistake was theirs. We actually were gonna buy 5 other items that totaled well over $120.00 but thanks to ALFRED at their corporate office, we bought nothing. Hopefully the customer service returns to what it once was before ALFRED took over. Not a good...

It is a 100% tourist trap, but still an interesting visit or place to stop. I mainly stopped to show my kids what a place like this is like. Inside year round firework stand was interesting, but the most noteworthy observation was the staff. They were very animated and worth the visit on their own.
