Beautiful area, located off of Teller 1 (a scenic byway) 4 miles to Cripple Creek. Nice homes being built in the area due to covenants. Great staff. Roads are nicely maintained. Lots are inexpensive, many are on a slope (some more-so than others) so be prepared to build accordingly. Side note if you build within 150 feet of the road there are no driveway slope requirements by the county. Indoor pool, nice fitness room, and clubhouse that can be reserved...

We’ve lived here for a couple years. Neighbors are nice if you ever meet any. Electricity though Black Hills is outlandishly expensive! Roads don’t get grated enough so their really washboards. Beautiful scenery and close to...
