Loading took a really long time. My appointment was supposed to be at 6pm on 10/31. I get there and they tell me they rescheduled it for the next day 9am. Horrible. No communication on this prior, no notice sent to my dispatch, no apologies when I arrived, just come back tomorrow. I come back at 9am the next day and they didnât even start loading until 5:08pm... I pulled up at 8:50am and there was not a single car / person in the building or the parking lot. Employees started pulling in around 9:15am. How are you scheduling appointments when you arenât even here? After finally checking in I got tired of waiting so I left and came back. I was able to go to the nearby loveâs to shower and get food while waiting and they still werenât ready for me by the time I returned so I sat some more and watched 4 movies. I went to ask for a status update in the office after the 4th hour and the woman was so rude. âWeâll call you when we are ready for youâ duh I know that Iâm just wondering whatâs taking so long. But no explanation was given. I understand delays happen but thatâs when you provide proper communication. Finally got a door and it took them another 2 hours to load me. Not happy with the service at all. Too slow and the workers there are not friendly or professional. Itâs the start of your shift and itâs not that early in the morning, your staff should be in a way better mood when you talk to people. If anything I should be the one with an attitude. But instead I returned their curt rude responses with a pleasant smile, thank youâs, took my paperwork and left after 10 and a half hours. I donât get paid to sit around and wait. Iâm now set back a whole day behind for my delivery so Iâll be late and have to pay a fee. Weighed my truck and itâs 1300 pounds over so I had to go back again and wait for them to unload some. At least that process was quick. I wonât be accepting another load from this...

If you go back to the check-in window to see what's going on, they will ignore you or tell you to go back to your truck and wait. There's more docks open than trucks getting loaded. SMH Day 2: OK, I'm back at this place. They should call this place FARMER'S WORST, because they are really that bad. I sat all day yesterday for this load. I got docked around 9pm. I was done loading around 10:15pm, paperwork by 10:30pm. I asked what the weight was loaded on the trailer. They told me they didn't know and to go scale. I immediately knew if they didn't know what they were loading, the đ©was gonna be heavy. I went to scale, and sure đ© I was overgrossed 83,160...and of course because I was the last truck to load after sitting all day, they had left and went home, so I had to wait until the next day at 9:30am to tell them I was over loaded. This is the only place I witnessed an accident between fork lifts. -because they go so fast , my loader tipped over one of my pallets. He had to reconstruct it. -I asked him if I needed inflatables to stabilize the load, he said to don't worry.
