Not very happy with how our half beef was processed. I told them that we wanted the most amount of ribs out of our half and we only got 4 small packs of short ribs…seriously the smallest ribs I have ever seen. I asked for the brisket to be left in one whole piece, because we smoke the entire thing, but they cut it in half. This is very disappointing and not ideal, since it’s about an $80 cut of meat. I asked for the least amount of ground beef possible. We got about 316lbs of beef total and over half of that is ground beef.
Very disappointing, especially for the price that they charge. Definitely won’t be doing business...

They will do as much or as little as you want. From about a pound of cut steaks to half a cow or a whole lamb if you'd like one.
