I took my laptop there for a quick pawn for a short term. They never provided me with a written date to come get it before action would be taken. So curiously I called and they said they sold it.... Wait less than 30 days and its sold? No this is not there normal policy to not give a slip with the info on it. The people there were very nice. But, be careful when buying a car. Make sure they fix whatever they say they will before paying for it.
