Kayenta Health Center — Local services in Four Corners States

TCRHCC was my clinic/ hospital since childhood. Early 2018, was referred transfer to Kayenta Clinic: since then been medically treated well: dental, ENT, and several ER visits. Received my Provider, she's great: referrals to other medical updates - she got departments calling me fir schedules that I needed done. Now waiting for appointment dates to arrive and getting them done.

At TCRHCC, was fine with the facility until a short time before being transferred - my doctor informed me by stating, "I have over 200 patients a week, so I only have 7 minutes to see to a you, and you look fine to me." And he left the exam room. I had a bad infected ear. Yes, he did come in and he didn't even do an exam on my ear, no medication, very unprofessional and very rude Oriental Doctor. I went to the an office to request a transfer to another clinic or hospital that same day. I now am satisfied with my medical services. My husband came in the night it’s a stomach infection. I called over and over. Instead of giving me details they kept telling me I just had to wait they were discharging him. It turned into hours. Eventually he made it home. Instead of telling me to pick him up they discharged him full of pain meds. He could have wrecked on his 45 minute home. They don’t care...
