On a trip from Phoenix to Tuscan, we stopped on the way home to get some hand gun ice trays and a body massager. I know. Not the typical items you would stop to get at an adult store. But hey. They had what we needed. Upon entering the store the kid named "Wesley" greeted us and seemed like he was going to be polite and helpful. We grabbed the ice trays and then went to the other side of the store to get the massager. I was trying to decide what color I wanted. Considering it wasn't anything sexual, I didn't hesitate to pop the top open and peak inside. The guy leaned over the counter and said, " if you have any questions or need help with the color, let me know. ". I took that as him being attentive and making sure his customers were taken care of. But oh no. That was NOT what Wesley was doing at all. After looking at the first color, I moved on to the next box. The second the top of the box opened, Mr. Wesley was around the counter, and in a VERY rude tone said, "I'm NOT going to ask you not to open the boxes again!!!" Well, that's NOT how you speak to a customer EVER. AND he never asked us not to open a box. He said "if you have any questions or need help with the color let me know. ". I said back to him, we're sorry, but you didn't ask us not to open them. You stated to ask if we needed help. He then said, "I can ask you to leave the store!" NOW, I'm mad. I asked if he was the manager and he said no but he could get me her contact info. When I said I wanted it he stated, "I'm not giving you her personal info. and I'm asking you to leave the store ". I told him I would wait there while he called her and gave her my info then. He called her on the phone and immediately LIED and said that after asking us not to open the boxes that we did it again. I stated that was a lie and he put me on the phone with her. After explaining the whole story to her, ( which the entire time she wasn't a very pleasant person either), she asked, "so this is all about the way he worded things?" NO. He didn't even say what he's stating he did. She said there are signs all over the store saying not to open packages. I couldn't see any, but I told her I apologize for not seeing them. Her only response was, " I'm sorry he miss worded things. I'll talk to him!" I asked for the district manager info. She had Wesley give it to me. After I received that info I asked where these signs were, as I had literally taken the last 5 minutes looking for them. Wesley pointed to the farthest wall to a black 5 by 7 sign that couldn't be read unless you were 4 feet from it. And that was the only one he could show me. I would have taken a pic, but I did see the signs that said no pictures. So the bottom line is Wesleys rude. Management doesn't care. DONT open packages of ANYTHING to see if it's what you really want, OR, you'll be kicked out. I'll be calling the district...
Read moreFunny how your reply skipped over the part where I told the clerk it was already broken and their only response was that I could fix the broken clasps myself with sewing knowledge. That was really disappointing to hear as a longtime customer. 100% lost a customer since 2019 ish.... some D service level skills there...
Used to love this place. Years of good vibes and great buys... until today.
Walked in excited. Walked out $250 poorer and questioning all my life choices. Picked up two lingerie sets on sale â sexy, right? Wrong. Both had broken clasps straight outta the bag. I hadnât even made it home, and they were already falling apart faster than my last situationship.
Came back within the hour, tags still on, hopes still high â only to be told: "Sorry, no returns or exchanges. They're single pieces. And on sale." Oh cool, so the discount comes with a free slap in the face?
Was politely informed, âYou can fix them.â Sure, let me just whip out my sewing kit and schedule a TED Talk on âHow to DIY Your Way Out of Regret.â
The real kicker? That nearly $200 toy I bought. Canât test it unless itâs fully charged. Canât return it if it doesnât work. Can I fix that too? Maybe give it a pep talk?
So yeah, unless you like spending your hard-earned money on broken promises and âfix it yourselfâ vibes, maybe make the drive into town. Or at least open the damn box before you leave.
Good times....
Read moreHorrible service and worse employees. I purchased some outfits and toys from them late one night on a drive home from Phoenix to tucson with my friend. The woman working behind the counter asked if we'd like the receipt with us or in the bag, we said bag and saw her put one receipt in the bag and we left. Got home found one outfit didn't fit well so living in tucson we head up the as soon as possible day later, we get there and ask about it and they said bc we lost the itemized receipt that the woman now working can't help us, not return or sell the outfit back but won't even let us exchange it for the same one in a smaller size. After she tells us multiple times she can't help, she tells us to call the manager and come back up another day. This being a 45 minute drive there and then another 45 going home. Thats outrageous to ask a customer who never got a itemized receipt from your employee. Never going to go again and if anyone ever asked I'll tell them got to zone d bc at least there they'll provide wayyy better...
