I contacted jason several months ago about a mattress and he was friendly and gave me the information i needed. However, I wasn’t quite ready to make the purchase and yet i never felt any pressure to do so. I was finally ready 6+ months later so i messaged Jason and he was able to meet with me the following day. Even tho I was about 15 min late, he was friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted- making sure to answer alll my questions and concerns. He carefully listened to what I wanted and gave me Feedback I found very useful. He also made sure i was happy with my decision before purchasing. I honestly was skeptical because when a business has SO many great reviews coupled with the one on one appointment only process that seems almost TOO easy and convenient - i just think ok it’s a scam and those reviews are paid for. First off im going through a divorce and on Monday my ex wife cleared my entire home which left me to sleep on the floor for 2 days with a urgency i needed a mattress i called Brandon explained my situation which he probably didn't need to hear but he did and I said I cant stop working right now so he said whatever time you get off let me know and I'll meet you there convenience sells and very great for any company so I pulled up to Mattress by Appointment and was greeted by another employee of the company Mr Eric which he gave me the breakdown of the different mattresses and the base.
