Next Level is Fantastic!!!! We have used them at home and in the Business and they have exceeded our expectation in every area. At home we have done security systems, Home automation, Home entertainment and Camera's. I find myself Always wanting to do more. At work they have done entertainment in our customer lounges, Tons of Security Camera's, Wiring for IT systems, Phone systems, Digital Signs and Wiring for new construction. Randy, owner of Next Level, has treated me like royalty from the outset (over five years ago). He and his crew have taken care of all my television needs (selection of tv, installation, set-up, and instructions for me). I now have Next Level Security for my home. Customer Support is terrible. Notes on the ticket does not reflect what is said verbally. Very few technicians, not enough to cover commercial customers. Never given a straight answer or solution. We were told that they would research our problem and give us a call back. A couple of months later and no call. Note on work order stated, "some cameras offline the IT manager will look into the problem and call us back." Us being NextLevel.

Nothing NextLevel about this company. You get faster support at an Apple Store.
