I pulled up to get gas and the card reader at the pump was not working, so I went inside to ask for the pump to get turned on like at any other gas station. As soon as I walked up to the counter I was met with instant hostility from some Australian woman behind the counter because I could respond in 0.5 seconds with how much I wanted on the pump. She wouldn't even let me talk let alone explain the for mentioned problem and that I was just trying to fill up my car and was willing to leave my phone with them (I was using Google pay) until I returned to pay for it. She then proceeded to chase me out of the store when I called her out on her unwarrented hostility and stated that I no longer wanted to speak to her but the other cashier instead. So lesson learned helping/listening to a customer when it was your system that wasn't working right to begin with is not as important as showing that you are in a bad mood and it's everyone else's problem.
