Still Smoking — Local services in Four Corners States

Hello. It is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. I've been a patron of and only ever spoken well of and recommended this business for almost three decades now, going back to the little original Bloomfield shop being the only one. Today really threw me for a loop. First of all, the employee refused to do a transaction with my friend because he didn't have change for a $50. Lame, but fair enough. Idk how you are supposed to do business without $50 in change, but I understand large bill policies. No need to lie about them.

But I wanted to buy a vaping pod. I selected a couple options and asked to see them. Begrudgingly, he got them out. While he did, he explains to me that a friend of his and he, himself, had had them out a few days previous, and had been messing with them and couldn't figure out how they worked, or what features they had. That's fine. I looked the display model over, tapping the button in the process, because a concern of mine was if it automatically adjusted voltage or not. So I pressed the button for less than one single second, and immediately it was evident that the coil on the device ...the display device...was way, way toasted. Like it had already been held on and burned for at least a solid minute. It smelled god-awful. I asked if he had one besides the display model and he told me that since I touched the button, on the display model, that he had just finished telling me that he and a friend had messed with and tried to work at length already...that I would have to purchase that unit.

I thought he was messing with me. I thought no way he was serious. But nope, he demanded that I pay for it to cover for him and his buddy. I told him that I would, in good faith, because I respected the business, but that it would be the last of my money that he got. I paid for it, and for my friends order as well.

I left the pod system there, though. It was way beyond usable already, and garbage. I figured that asshole could use it more than me anyways.

I went to the store in Aztec inquiring about some e ciggerates and was trying to find the best one for my needs. I was ignored by the two people working. When I did ask they knew nothing. This store has awful service. The one is farmington ismuch more plea sent to shop in. They are knowledgeable and very attentive. My advice go to the one in farmington or...
