I really don’t write reviews unless somebody knocks it out of the park, and I even double hesitate to write this review because I kind of want to keep this place my own little best kept secret as I’m traveling between Utah and Idaho. As I sit here eating this delicious juicy steak though, I can’t help but feel this guy‘s little shop needs to be a big deal. I’ve bought meat all over the place and even raised on a farm around cattle so I guess you could say I’ve seen, and eaten, enough cow to jump over the moon. No two butchers are the same and I love how the meat shop makes their cuts. They leave all the best parts on to give the best flavor. I’ll definitely be packing a cooler with ice every time I make the trip between Utah and Idaho. And to the meat shop: thanks for being the type of business that really takes pride in your craft. We purchased 1/2 a cow and were asked what cuts, organs and quantities we wanted. We were given a time line on when to expect it and they delivered.
When we picked everything up, it was portioned, labeled, vacuum sealed, frozen and boxed for us already. And the meat has been fantastic!

   Read moreSpotless! The owner is a happy, smiling, nice man! Our meat was processed beautifully. Cut, wrapped and boxed to perfection. Inside there are fresh baked pies that you could founder on. We bought a BlackBerry and Apple. The crust was divine and melted in your mouth. The filling was bursting with berries that gushed in your mouth with flavor to knock your socks OFF!
