I placed two orders through True Love Honey in the summer of 2022, both for three quart-size jars. The honey is good, especially for the price, and I appreciate the distinct varietals. However, customer service and shipping preparations are awful. Both of my orders had problems, and neither of my two efforts to contact customer service were answered. In my first order, one jar of honey came open - the screw cap came off and the safety seal failed. This resulted in about 1/3 of the jar spilling into the package. My second order was much worse. I ordered a jar of non-crystalized sage honey (there was an option for crystalized or non-crystalized), and a fully crystalized honey was shipped without a lid, safety seal, or label - just an open jar of honey tossed in with the packing material. This resulted in the foam packing material gouging into the honey and leaving flecks of plastic/foam packing material in the honey. The package was undamaged, which means there was no way for the lid to have gone missing during shipping - it was mailed without a lid. The other two jars were fine. Lastly, the advertisement for quick shipping is a farce. Both my orders took 4-5 business days to ship (plus normal delivery time). I don't need honey to be shipped same day, but don't advertise this if it is not going to happen. All in all, I would avoid this company. Your order is not likely to be carefully packaged, and if there is a problem your issue is not likely to be addressed. Check out Flying Bee Ranch or Bee Natural Honey instead.

I've eaten lots of this company's honey; however, I purchased in stores and took the gamble of an online purchase. Although the package was packed nicely....2 bottles weren't properly sealed and the honey looks absolutely disgusting! I've send a few emails asking questions but haven't received any response in almost a month. The honey wasn't left in the heat but stored in one of my totes for use in the future...how disappointing this is because I'm not sure I'll eat it nor will I recommend them to others. UPDATE - I eat RAW honey all the time!!! 2 bottles weren't sealed. I sent NUMEROUS emails and called but this is the first response to my complaints. Never will recommend your company ever again nor will I buy anything! Poor customer service especially from "veterans" which I am too!

Love this Avra Valley gem! Local honey, fresh and unfiltered, creamed honey, with local flare like Creamed Prickly Pear and Mesquite. Creosote soap, lip and skin balms, beautiful little cottage to shop in, owned by locals and staffed by locals, and produced right here! Super friendly folks. I made sure to stock my pantry, toiletry cabinet, and get a few local-made gifts for faraway friends!

If you love exceptional, locally produced, natural Honey, this is the place! I have been stopping along the roadside for several years in the NW part of Tucson to keep a constant supply of Holly's fabulous Honey. Happy to see their business growing and seeing the Honey for sale in lots of local stores. Mesquite is my favorite although all the varieties are wonderful. They frequently have unique honeys like Watermelon or Catsclaw which are always an adventurous Honey treat. I especially got a giggle out of the Honest John Honey Shack at the Landscaper/Grower on Tangerine Rd west of Dove Mountain...sorry, can't recall the name of that business but...
