Fleet Transportation — Local services in Four Corners

All of these five star reviews are 100% accurate and I highly recommend them! We used Fleet for our first family trip to Disney and it was the best decision we made. Every other car company I called either didn’t answer the phone or did not have availability to accommodate us because we called fairly close to the date of our trip (2 to 3 days prior). Sam, the owner, was the one who actually answered the phone and was very accommodating throughout the booking experience and gave me peace of mind that everything was going to run smoothly as soon as we got to Orlando. And that is exactly what happened. Sam met us at the airport right on time, even though we were delayed (they actually track your flight!) and was right there as we came down the escalator to baggage claim with our name on the sign so it was very easy to locate him. He then escorted us to baggage claim, grabbed all of our bags for us, and we walked over to a private area where the SUV was parked which was away from all of the taxi cab and Uber pick up area’s, which makes you feel like a VIP. It literally only took us five minutes to get our bags and get on the road. He was extremely accommodating in taking us to the grocery store, so we could pick up some essentials for the weekend, and then got us to our destination in a very timely manner. I also noticed very safe driving, so anyone with a family can feel that they will get you to where you need to go safely. On top of that, we needed a booster seat for our three-year-old and Sam had that ready and waiting for us already set up in the car when he picked us up. We got the round-trip so Sam picked us up a few days later, and had texted us throughout the weekend to ensure the proper pick up time for our return to the airport. When our final day arrived, Sam was there to pick us up right on time, again helped us with all of our bags, had the car seat ready, and drove us safely back to the airport where he then helped us with our bags again and sent us on our way. On the way there we actually found out that they do pick ups and drop offs to the Disney parks from your resorts, so this would be something to keep in mind instead of having to take the buses. Next time we will definitely use them for that as well. Final thing- their SUVs are great. Sam mentioned that they’re consistently changing out the fleet with newer vehicles so you’ll always know you’re in a clean, safe, and newer vehicle. Overall Fleet offers excellent service at a very very reasonable price and I couldn’t recommend them...

I read all positive 5 star reviews on google and yelp about fleet transportation which led me to inquire about their rates for transport services around the Orlando area. Asem was prompt to call me back and give me a quote that was satisfactory to our needs. The price quote was more reasonable than the other company I had in mind. Asem was in communication with me the day prior to our trip confirming our flight details and other needs, that gave me a sense of relief. We needed someone reliable. He gave me an assurance that he would provide a big enough vehicle for my family of 4 and our luggages for the 11 day Disney cruise; in addition to myself being on first day post op at the time which was why we needed the extra leg room. Asem continued to communicate with me on his way to the airport and was prompt in picking us up. He was very professional and dressed neatly in a suit. He loaded our luggages into his vehicle. The vehicle was very neat, clean and comfortable. He was also conversational during the entire drive to the hotel, that made us feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable of the Orlando area and knew exactly which route to take to avoid heavy traffic. The following day, he was punctual in picking us up from the hotel to drive us to Port Canaveral. And again, took care of our luggages on and off the vehicle. He made our travel convenient and we are very satisfied with his services. Will definitely hire him again for our future...
