So I tried selling by owner first, listed for 2 weeks and had 18 showings but no offers, I received a letter in the mail from Ryan and Lyndsey at Bay Realty outlining different options for listing with them, right off the bat my wife and I were extremely impressed with the letter and no hounding phone calls. I immediately decided we were going to list with them. We set up a meeting on a Monday and signed on with them, Tuesday-photographer showed up, Wednesday our property was listed and they held an open house on Thursday.
