I inquired about getting something engraved, via email. The response was very short and curt. "It will not happen!! Good luck" I am I inquired about one project with a short deadline, but I need a new engraving vendor as mine is no longer doing it. So they could have been an option for future projects. However, I will never contact this company again. If they can't get it done, they could say so in a courteous way instead...

Loved working with Jim! We had special order trophies ordered from another country, made with a unique material, and a tight deadline to get the engraving ready in time. Jim was always accommodating without concern or complaint. He tested and retested to get it right, even sending pictures over text when I didn't have access to email.
