Sewickley Creek Greenhouse — Local services in Franklin Park

I have a love/hate relationship with Sewickley Creek Greenhouse. They have beautiful plants and very nice home decor all year long. However, the owner, an older gentleman , RARELY thanks you for your business. He's absolutely miserable and is nasty. His daughter is an absolute delight and extremely helpful. This was my first time shopping here. I was excited about how big it was and the opportunity to get some beautiful flowers. I had already purchased flowers from various other places. I am so disappointed because every hanging basket I purchased from here looks terrible and is dying. I am well seasoned on plant/flower care and have no idea why this is happening. My girlfriend and I visited this magical place yesterday afternoon. It was a beautiful Christmas wonderland. We were in awe. You almost forgot you were in a retail store. The displays were so creative and whimsical. It was such a nice place to visit and shop and leave the worries of the world behind if only briefly.
