We could not have been more pleased with Big Papa Jais. We hired them for our wedding as one of 3 food trucks for our dinner and we requested that they also do our cocktail hour. They did a phenomenal job of keeping the food flowing. We didn’t have much of a wait time (less than 5 mins) and there were 200 of us so i thought that was very impressive.

The Mac and cheese and the corn bread were incredibly popular at dinner. The sliders at cocktail hour were a fan favorite. It being our wedding, my husband and I barely had time to eat anything so we only got to try the brisket (which was also to die for). Luckily, Jai saved us some of the leftovers so we have been living off of pulled chicken, pulled pork, green beans and baked beans for a week now and we can understand why everyone was such a big fan of Big Papa Jais!

We had Big Papa Jai’s food truck for our wedding on October 7, 2023 and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Jaime and his team were awesome! They served apps along with meals from the truck and all of our guests were more than happy and so were we! The food was absolutely amazing and my husband and I definitely know good food. This food truck is the best I’ve had, Hands down!

We didn’t get to relax and enjoy our meal on our wedding day being pulled in so many directions so honestly I’m glad we had some guests no show so we had leftover food!! We took the brisket, Mac n cheese, and honey butter cornbread with us on our honeymoon and we were in heaven! Best brisket and cornbread I’ve ever had!
