Dollar General — Local services in Franklin Township

Been shopping here since they opened, the staff is very rude especially the husky lady (I believe her name is Shelly, she used to work at IGA) with the bad knee. She huffs and puffs when she has to ring someone out when shes stocking shelves. Talks down to people all the time. Recently she reported me and my wife to the police because we forgot to ring in a gallon of milk and a bag of cheap dog food. If we were going to steal it would've been a much larger bag of good dog food and way more than a gallon of almost expired milk. I stop here almost every night. I love the selection they have and employees are always nice. However, their air has been out twice for long periods of time. I think whoever is in charge of getting it fixed is horrible making employees work in these conditions. It is so unbearably hot and products are literally melted on the shelves. They also need more staff on hand to put away product. There is always very large carts with product clogging up the walk ways making it hard to shop.
