Tonight checked my child's height to see if a wristband was worth it. Decided to get the wristbands for my son and daughter and myself so I could go on with my son bc no signs had a height "limit" or any verbiage stating adults can't ride. Daughter doesn't like strangers touching her and guy owner stated he HAS to be the one to put her wristband on and I can't even if he watches me, so sadly I had to hold her arm down while she screamed and cried for me. Move on to I went to get on a ride with my son and told I can't, adults aren't allowed on the kid rides. I asked why I wasn't informed when they sold and placed a wristband on me seeing I was doing it with/for my little kids. Female owner said it's "their policy" and they have to follow state laws. She said "if you can't buckle you can't ride (which makes sense) however I could buckle and she said and be under a certain height yet there was no signs or anything anywhere with a heigh max. So we spent $40 on 4 wristbands and only got to use 1 of the 4 since my son wouldn't ride without my husband or I and we couldn't ride. Owner told me in a rude and snotty attitude "you can ride the dragon or talk to me husband bc he sold the wristband to you not me" and refused a refund. Never again will I patronize this business even though they are based 6 mins from our house and host a local carnival...

As he went to start ride it was in reverse he immediately stopped ride. However, for whatever reason he decides to just let it go that way, and the motorcycles fell over in all directions with my child still strapped in.. They than sent us on a wild goose chase to find the owner. some blonde b** at the ticket booth didn't give two cares what happened. She called some other guy Carrie over and her words were " I don't want to deal with this "... He came over and blamed its a new ride today, and they ran it on one generator during test runs... So your telling me you just randomly chose to put more generators on and used my kid as a trial run? ... We were offered our money back, as they made sure to cut the wrist band off not even bothering to ask my child if he was okay, didn't offer medical care nor anything... They didn't care at all if my son was hurt... We had to find ems ourselves and seek treatment.. oh and they decided not to shut that ride down, just leave it up for another child to...
Read moreI’ve come to this fair for many years as it’s a tradition for my family. I work for WellSpan Health in Lebanon Pa and we do the the gift baskets and I have helped with assisting at the fair in regards to that. Today I had a question regarding wrist bands, I explained what my other concerned were. I was very polite and nice, I spoke to an elderly woman. As I was talking to the elderly woman at the ticket booth a blond lady jumped into our conversation in the ticket booth to correct what I was explaining and stated that I was incorrect. I understood she was trying to convey what she thought was correct but her demeanor and attitude was not necessary. She was rude and I didn’t appreciate that. I treat everyone with respect. She walked away as I was trying to explain the situation, not sure why she was so bothered and hostile. This is a family fair, no one should be addressed in...
