Will never stop here again. The "lady" chris is a liar and rude. Walked around looking for a couple plants I needed and they were out. Chris followed me around like I was going to steal something. Then when I asked her if she had some hidden somewhere she said they were out there and asked if I even looked. Like she didn't follow me around the whole time and KNOW I looked... Then she talked me into ordering the plants and said she would call me to pick them up. This was almost 2 weeks ago and she was supposed to have them by Wed of last week at the latest. She never called. No missed call on me or my wife's numbers and no messages. Stopped in today to find out what happened and the other lady there (who was as nice as "Chris" was awful) called her and she just flat out lied and said she called. She is a liar. Dont waste your money here because of that simple fact. It is undeserved. I know I won't shop here...

The lady with the black rimmed glasses that you may think is sweet was so rude to me and started to freak out in front of customers because I was asking her a question as she was checking someone out! She told the woman what she was charging her card so I jumped in to ask a simple question. She began to wave her arms in the air yelling “this is too much” and looked me dead in my eyes, saying EXCUSE ME like I was a horrible person. I go there weekly and never thought I would ever have this experience here. I sing nothing but Crop Shop praises but she has completely ruined the experience and I won’t be back.I never thought I would ever have this experience here. Merrill, the owner, is the best! Best place to shop Spring through Fall for plants, fresh veggies, old-fashioned canned goods, and much more. Dianna, who is one of the employees, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is very helpful and kind. She and Merrill both make you feel like family.
