Placed an order over 3 weeks ago for decoy weights, still have not received my package that I spent $150 on. I spoke with someone in the store last week and he explained that my order of 3 dozen weights was not in stock and they had to find the remaining weights at one of their other warehouses. I was promised by him my package would get here within the next few days of that call. That was over a week ago and tracking still has my package in Pennsylvania. Since that phone call I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have also called the store 10 times since then with no answer every time and left messages. I have never written a bad review, or a review at all for that matter on a business until now. Read moreOrdered the Abu Garcia Pro Max 3 for my husband for Father's Day. When I didn't get a tracking number for several days, I emailed the company. It took 2-3 days to get a response to the email even. They said they'd have to get in touch with their warehouse, and get back to me. Over four hours later, they emailed me again, to tell me that the warehouse had run out, and hadn't notified them. The website said 3 in stock when I ordered, and they charged my account for the combo, even though they had nothing to fill the order with. How can a company that has a store AND a website, not care to keep up with their stock?! They should probably start waiting to charge people for orders, until they know they can be filled, at the VERY least!! I emailed customer service on Wednesday, December 2nd and received no reply. I called them the morning of Friday the 4th and spoke to a seemingly cordial guy who apologized, said my item was in stock and that it would ship the same day. Two hours later I receive a refund and email to find out it's not in stock. I always check reviews on companies but didn't this time, my bad. Poor customer service is the norm with this company.
