I had the best experience possible with this business. I ended up on the website by chance one day looking for magnetic bolt covers. I sent a message with a question and within 60 seconds Kevin called. He went above and beyond what normal humans ever do. I mean it’s crazy how committed and passionate he is with getting what you want and make you happy, literally insane. I live in Florida and I decided to ship my bike to him in Maryland to “upgrade” it to my liking. The whole entire time Kevin was available to talk about what we were going to do, down to the nuts and bolts of the bike(literally). He was never impatient or annoyed that I wanted to constantly ask him questions and his opinion on things or even to do some revisions. We talked nearly everyday and I was met with the same enthusiasm every time. In my mind I was sending $$ to a person I have never met before and wanted to reassure myself that it was all good. I’m so unbelievably happy I did, best risk I ever took. I think he gets just as excited if not more about the build than you do! Recently ordered some lid stoppers (Speed by Design brand) through TS and it was a good experience. Kevin spoke with me on the phone about the product before ordering, and after when the instruction-less Speed By Design product had some variables that needed answering.
