5 stars if you are doing the rec or classic programs. Great coaches that care about the kids and work really hard at developing the skills of the players. Have had 5 separate coaches in these programs and have competed against numerous others. Not one coach has ever had a mean word mentioned about them from parents on their team or other teams. There is not enough I can say how good these programs are and how well they are run.
0 stars for the travel program. From our experience the younger teams are only there to subsidize the older players. The one coach we dealt with would rather be anywhere else than be part of the team she was coaching. Communication with the coach goes like this "I have a concern about what my kid is learning, like fake hand balls and not how to shoot the ball" Coaches response "I'm the coach and I know what is best" Elevating it to the next level has been radio silence with the director. I could go on for days on how the travel program is completely broken and not worth the trouble dealing with those in charge of it.
Save your money and only stick with the rec or classic program. Could not pay me to stay with the travel team with the apathetic attitudes towards the players.
Update:
Fields are still nice, programs employ privileged kids that get away with lowering shoulders to push others from the ball, mock the visiting team's parents when they score a goal, and all round spoiled kids. Again could not pay me to return to...
