We have had a few pool service companies over the past 20 years, not one of them comes close to the service we have been provided by Spring's Pools. Christoper and all of his staff are extremely friendly, proactive and efficient. We recognize that it may be difficult to start servicing a "new" pool without knowing the history of service calls, etc. Chris spent time with us on his initial visit to discuss the pool and become as familiar as he could with OUR pool, specifically, and the issues we have had over the years. He was incredibly thorough on each and every visit and would text us or call us immediately with any questions or concerns. He and his staff were very accommodating with any special requests we had and always worked WITH us as far as specific date requests (opening and closing) and when we needed a quick clean for weekend guests. We moved to our new house a few months back and we were lucky to find a home with a pool. we didn’t had the experience to care for a pool before and we wanted to have someone come to our home to help us. After making calls around and no one showing up . We contacted Springs Pool and spa to help us, he answer our calls super fast and gave us a good day to visit our home, He shows up in time and was ready to start working. from the moment we talked on the phone to the day he came to our home, he was an amazing help. He made us feel comfortable, explained everything to us about the pool and how to maintain it. Kept in touch with us during the summer time and called us when it was time to closed down the pool for the winter time. He was also able to tell us what needed to be fix that wasn’t disclosed on the closing contract of the house.
