If I could give this place zero stars I would . This the worst facility I have ever been to while working AGENCY. They want to work you like a slave while their staff takes a million smoke breaks , they give you a million things to do but I don’t see THEIR REGULAR staff doing nothing . They watch everything you do !!! I never been anywhere that made you chart when you’re taking a bathroom break( they have a paper in the bathroom where you have to mark the times ) !!!! And to top it off the Staff is RACIST!!!! This place is the most discriminatory place I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They treat people of color a certain way. they under estimate and under qualify all CNA‘s mostly black. always short staffed, and always in need of help due to a un-professionalism. they provide a hostile work environment for people of color. and workers are very rude to agency staff.
