Installation of new exterior lighting for my business was originally less than perfect when lights were installed behind a portion of gutter. I cannot articulate the light down towards the parking lot, instead it points parallel to the ground. Recently the lights stopped working and inspection showed that the installation was tied into a rental building on our property in error. When installed JC Elec. employee said he was going to tie into the exterior box on the building for ease, but failed to mention the box was clearly marked for a detached rental building on premise. Lights weren't working because the tenant didn't pay their bill, but to fix it I was charged for the service again. But wait, there's more. We had also requested a line on another rental building on premise be fixed and they no-showed for that appointment.
