I purchased a whole steer. I was driving and saw the sign. I called and they were really nice and helpful. I am a newbie when it comes to buying meat like this. They talked me through the process and I placed an order over the phone that day. They called me after the meat was ready and I picked it up. It was packaged to perfection with the ground beef packaged in tubes. Everything was cut custom to order. Just the way I asked them to package it. I thawed out some ribeyes and ny strips as soon as I got home and grilled them. They had great marbling and color. Super juicy. All I can say is what a great experience this was.
