Yard guy (white guy who looks in his 60's) is a complete jerk... when checking in i parked vertical facing the building to not block the docks.. As i was coming out he was getting ready to put a trailer in the dock right in front of me, blocking me in... I asked nicely if he could just wait a second for me to pull my truck out before he blocked me in.. It would have taken only a minute to be nice and let me out but he refused saying he was "too busy" 🙄🙄 Maybe he was having a bad day or something but that was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary behavior.  Everyone else here was nice though, they gave me a door right away and they unloaded quickly so as long as you don't have to interact with the yard guy, you should have a good experience here.  Don't break your seal or open your doors, they do it from inside.  I thought they said they would call when my bills were ready but I never got a call. After my light had been green for an hour i went in and the lady at the desk had them ready and...

App was at 9am check in on time (no trailers was in the docks) told me to go park in the drop yard, waited 2hrs still no call to dock in a door...3hrs later docked in door 2hrs in door got a call to go back to drop yard until paperwork is ready...5hr later finally out!...

Easy in and easy out. We have dropped trailers there so makes it nice. People are friendly to deal with. Very little over night parking in their drop yard on the north side. But it is possible. Nice new loves truck stop located 15 miles south of them. Always...
