Lakeside Swirl — Local services in Fremont

I never write bad reviews but this one was definitely necessary. I had the worst customer service experience at lake side this evening with 5 girls working at the time. We ordered a basket of fries and they were way too salty that me and my daughters could not eat. I respectfully asked if they could be remade. Used please and thank you. They gave me a dirty look and said they would. After some time I went back up to the window and someone asked if I needed anything. I told her that my fries were being remade. A different girl behind the window (with red hair) said to her other co workers that “we can’t just be remaking new fries” in a rude manner. I pointed out I paid for them and confusingly asked why wouldn’t they be remade?!? I guess satisfying the customer isn’t something they enforce here. They rolled their eyes and shut both of the windows. I then got my order of fries and they only gave me a half order! 😂Point is whoever is running that place needs to get their workers in check. We had a extremely bad experience, the girls working were really rude from the jump. They were playing music with super inappropriate language for what should be a family friendly environment. After looking at the menu for a moment I ordered what I wanted and she quickly told me they "don't even have that here". I said well you have a sticker out here of the flavor that says you do. She said well we don't. They then looked at me with complete disgust. I ordered what the rest of my family wanted and paid. I went to buy ice cream for my kids. I bought 5 small ice cream cones. One of my boys ice cream fell off and hit the ground he was very upset and i ordered my daughter one which was the wrong kind and asked if i could get a new one and they made me pay for another one. Not only that but the last three ice cream cones they made all the ice cream was melted so they put it in a cuo with the cone flipped upside down!! I understand it was hot out but how come the ice crema wasn't frozen?? I payed $30 for 6 cones that were melted i will never buy from there again!!
