Clean and nice to look at, but that's about it. People on the hopper side are lazy, incompetent, uncooperative and just downright unprofessional. Minimum unload time is 3 hours. These people do not watch their computers, cameras or even peek out the window to watch and monitor the process at all. Dry van side has to call them and tell them that theres a truck waiting because they're too lazy to look up at a couple tv screens or even out the door. yard driver got an attitude for no reason. He want me to get out and wait outside and I didn’t even check in at the shipping office.
