When they are called out to our apartment building, they do not fix it. If it needs replaced they refuse and say they don’t have time. When we asked them to look at our AC while they looked at another tenant’s AC they refused. When asked to replace the AC they say “we don’t have time”. When asked to just look at the AC to tell us the problem the response was “not tonight we’ve been at it all day” but they took the time to do someone else’s AC.
