Butler Farm Wedding and Event Center — Local services in Friendsville

First let me say the venue is the foundation to a successful celebration. That being said, the surprise birthday party for my fiancée, Cathy, was nothing less then amazing. Approximately a month before the party i met with Jason. We spent close to two hours at the Farm. Giving me an in depth tour. We also discussed my vision of how the party should go. I watched as Jason took notes of my vision. Then Jason made several fantastic recommendations. Which I agreed too. We were allowed to come in an hour early to decorate and have the delicious food delivered ( Bissel Catering, 5☆'s also). Wendy also helped with the decorating.

The day of the party I was a mess, hoping everything went as planned. Well Jason and Wendy had it all under control. Jason had our notes in hand. He took care of all the music I requested, the timelines of the dinner, my special dance with my love. Also the cake cutting, square dancing lessons and then the square dancing itself. There was NOTHING that Jason and his staff missed. The service was impeccable. The Farm was beautiful, plenty of picture opportunities.

I am not sure where to start. First of all its a really beautiful setting which is convenient to get to. There is ample parking for everyone to include handicap accessible spots. The " barn" has air conditioning and they have two different places to have your ceremony.

The out side has great lighting for ambiance mood. They have a few fire pits if its chilly out. There are places for both bride and groom to relax prior to the ceremony.

As a wedding DJ/Entertainer for the past 30yrs it is hard to impress me these days. Well they sure impressed me. They are the nicest people I have worked with in some time. They have their ducks in a row and know every answer and are flexible and very service orientated.

I would highly recommend this venue and they have my highest marks.

I must say, as casual and pleasant and yet professional as I've ever enjoyed any time at a wedding venue. No doubt, much love and attention has gone ino the building and the people who were there, officials and staff. Clean in every corner and if rustic charm is an idea, this is heaven. Thank you for the dinner, which was delightful...
