I ordered a bed set from Nebraska furniture mart in Decemeber of 2018. It was delivered in January and was supposed to be set up by the delivery drivers. I set was missing brackets and screws so they had to order a replacement pieces. They were supposedly on backorder for two months and would ship whenever the company felt like shipping it. Months went by and no replacement parts. In May I had NFM come back to my home and pick up the bed. Today 6/21/19 UPS drops off a package with pieces but still no brackets as it was told to customer service at standard furniture what I needed. Unbelievable 6 months later and still the wrong items. Not only did this company fail me, but also Nebraska furniture mart from who I ordered the bed set from. Terrible service!!! Send the right items in the original packaging!! Pretty...
