Very unprofessional, extremely unorganized! One person calls to tell you one thing another calls to tell you another. (Order is ready, oops no it is not. we lost your cow, oops no we didn't etc.) Don't even think about asking a question in regards to your bill, woman went on a 15 minute tirade, because I tried to ask a question. Makes one wonder if there is something wrong with their bill if management will not explain the charges to them. And to answer part of the woman's tirade- YES I do think I am better and classier than you because I would not treat a customer or anyone the way you treated us. Read moreVery poor service, from the owner too! She made all sorts of excuses and we still ended up with a poorly made product. Our cured products were only partly cured and items were missing from our order. We have enough knowledge of the industry so we were able to understand that they were profiting off of us more than they should have been. Not sure why they think that they can treat customers that way. It is one thing to make mistakes, another to lie about them and rip off your customer. Will never use them again for anything.

We experienced mis-labeled & mis-spelled packaging, lost meats, forgotten appointments, and improperly cured meats and this is just the name a few of the problems we had. Owners never return phone calls, you have to keep calling back. When asked about the mistakes mentioned they only have excuses and never resolutions. The owner's wife is rude and entirely too pushy, we were told by an employee that she "makes up all the pricing for each customer". How is that ok? So i guess what she calls her "pain in the ass customers" get charged more? Not a good way to run a business. I wish them the best and hope they can change because the way they are running their business won't last long with...
