I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the inconsistent enforcement of community rules and the apparent neglect of basic maintenance responsibilities within our neighborhood.
It is disheartening to see how swiftly fines and violation notices are issued to residents, while pressing issues affecting common areas are overlooked. This past Sunday, I visited the small community pool and was alarmed by its condition: clothing was scattered around, bottles were floating in the water, the area was generally unclean, and there were ants visibly crawling throughout the pool deck. This not only reflects poor upkeep but also raises health and safety concerns for residents, especially children.
Additionally, the ongoing issue of commercial vehicles being parked in guest parking spaces remains unresolved. Despite clear HOA guidelines prohibiting this, certain residents continue to occupy guest spots with business-branded vehicles, often for extended periods. This limits parking availability for actual guests and undermines the integrity of the community’s parking policies.
