Pay for 1 Thing, Get Another: Heather was nice, but she ignored the picture my son brought in of the cut he wanted and proceeded to give him a generic little boy’s side-part cut, complete with cowlick (she told us “that will go down later”). She knew it wasn’t good, too, because she told us how “if we needed to come back” “to fix it” if there was “anything we didn’t like”, that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I sent a message to the shop via their website to ask about possible solutions, no one responded. That was over 2 weeks ago.
My son told me it's okay and he'll get used to it, so I decided not to pursue it further. He's burned on going to this shop or any other shop and wants me to just trim his hair at home myself now. He waited a long time to get a fresh cut. She had a blank slate to work with and it should have been achievable. He's a good kid and didn't feel comfortable complaining or admitting he didn't like it in the shop.

Read moreI had it with my 9 months of mop hair and so I called up Will Todd. I had never been there, but it seemed like a good place to try. They got me in first thing next day, super fast scheduling. When I showed up at my appointment time, I was impressed with how clean and nice everything looked. Huey got me seated for my appointment, no wait, and was super friendly and excited to help me get my hair under control. He looked at photos, listened to what I had to say, made recommendations, and if I wanted something he wasn’t familiar with, he checked with another barber on the best technique for it. He didn’t take any chances with my hair, and I appreciated that. All the barbers there were very cool and I had fun talking and joking with them. This is absolutely the best hair cutting experience I have had and I feel like I barely paid anything for all the work they did for me. I’ll be a customer for as long as I live within an hour...
Read moreDisappointed with Mr. Reed. On 14 Jan @ 5pm, I had an appointment with him and to my surprise the chair was occupied. I thought he was running late so I wait patiently, but after 20 minutes I couldn’t wait anymore. This is not fair for someone who made his appointment days ahead. What’s the purpose or reason then for the appointment system? The people without appointments are the ones that need to wait and not us with appointments. After my long wait I asked for someone else to cut my son’s hair. Mr. Damian (sorry if I misspelled your name) thank you so much for save the day for me and my son. The haircut you did to my son was an excellent one. On the other hand, I cannot say the same for Mr. Reed. By the time I left the barbershop he was still with the same customer having a good time, yes, the one who took my slotted time. That’s lack of professionalism...
